Does someone even read these reviews? Absolutely unprofessional staff especially the reception one. They don't care about even the elderly as I saw them standing since long and not being acknowledged. Pathetic behaviour. Will make a formal complaint aswell.
I was getting my crown removed and getting a new one the dentist named Denise was very rude and she didn’t care about if it hurt or not very aggressive on my teeth. I called this Sa dental they lady on the phone was also very rude. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!
Very disappointed with the service. My dad missed his appointment last year — we may not have even received the notification letter from SA Dental. When I called in January, the receptionist simply said he missed it and gave him an emergency letter, but did not put him back on the waitlist. We followed up today and found out he’s not even on the list at all. If she had added him back in January, the wait time would have been much shorter. Now we’re told it’ll be another year. Every time we go, all they do is issue emergency letters and pull out teeth — no long-term treatment or proper follow-up. Very disappointing experience.
On Entering SA Dental - Angle Park (Parks) nice and bright very clean and tidy. The receptionist was very welcoming and very polite, good atmosphere. I saw Dr Adrian, well what a genuine man, very comforting and made you feel very relaxed. Adrian went through all that can be done for me and i could not be happier, in fact i look forward to my next appointment very professional. The Dental Nurse also such a pleasant lady full of smiles and again very helpful and confident. This is one if not the best experience i have had with a dentist and i highly recommend Dr Adrian, Nurse and Reception Staff.
