I've had one of the best, if not the best experience at the Bupa Dental Arndale clinics. The staff at the front desk, and especially Dr Chung Yong, are very welcoming, accomodating, and professional. He listens to all of my concerns and is very reassuring and knowledgeable. As a Bupa member I did not pay anything at all. This will be my new regular dental clinic. Thank you!
I had a very positive experience with this dental clinic. The service was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. In particular, I would like to praise Sally for her excellent service. She was thoughtful, attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly. I really appreciated how considerate she was and how carefully she looked after patients. Her warm and respectful manner made the whole experience even better.
Biggest shout out to Dr Hoh and his assistant Tina. As someone that gets a bit anxious at the dentist I was extremely appreciative of their humane and comforting treatment towards me. Dr Hoh patiently explained every step of the procedures and was very attentive with how I felt along the appointment. Tina was an absolute sweetheart and reassured me and held my hand whenever I needed some extra comfort. Amazing professionals!!
Visited Bupa Dental Arndale for a routine check-up, X-rays, and a clean. The team was fantastic from start to finish. The dentist explained the X-ray results clearly so I actually understood what was happening. The cleaning process was incredibly gentle yet thorough, leaving my teeth feeling amazing. Modern clinic and great service!
