Yeah ive had a toothache going on and off for weeks now, Slowly getting worse to the point of i lierally could not sleep. I rang incredible smiles for an emergency booking and they got me in on the day. The staff at woodville park were great and the dentist and her helper were fantastic. She knew what she was doing and i just asked for the tooth to be removed as it has given me trouble before. The injections went in and when i was all numbed up and with a few twists and turns from the dental forceps tooth removing tool she told me it was out. I did not hear or feel any cracking or any worrying sounds that concerned me, in fact i didnt believe the tooth was out untill she showed me to my delight. :) The reason for all the pain was that it was infected down in or on the nerve with some puss oozing out from its den of pain. The pain lierally prevented me from sleeping overnight and all i could do was sip room temperature water and walk around my front driveway untill 4 am back and forth driving me nuts with pain. Panadol, nurofen and even some left over codiene didnt help at all. Thanks very much INCREDIBLE SMILES as i can smile again without a toothache... and we all know how bad they can be. Ive even posted a pic of the tooth they removed for your entertainment or delight or maybe some will go ewwwww and screw up your face.

Such an amazing positive experience at Incredible smiles. I have a chronic pain condition impacting my nervous system, so having a cracked tooth this could have made such a painful experience. I booked an appointment with 'Happy gas'. The staff were so understanding, non judgemental and the entire experience was so positive and painless. I have already booked another appointment for a clean based on such a positive experience.

Incredibly friendly staff all round, very welcoming kind receptionist that was super helpful in providing all necessary information for the appointment I had today, and for the follow up I have later in the week. Dr. Kaamini and her assistant were very kind and professional. I came in for an emergency appointment for my wisdome tooth and they were able to schedule me in for a follow up removal later this week. They were very transparent about the cost of today's appointment and for my extraction later in the week. They also gave me options to keep the expenses down for the scan I need done before my extraction as well. Very reasonably priced for the work I had done today and what I was quoted for my extraction as well.

Dr. Kaamini has a commendable ability to shift what is usually a daunting and intense experience into something truly pleasant and empowering. She is consistently transparent regarding the pricing of treatments and goes above and beyond to explain exactly what a procedure involves, why it is necessary or should be considered, and how it will be performed. Every appointment I have attended with her has been handled with genuine care, empathy, and compassion. Thank you Dr. Kaamini for being an absolute gem 💖

I’m really happy here at incredible smiles lol Ever since I stepped foot in Australia I only ever been to one dental clinic and I thought the service I received there was just like that as standard. But your clinic does more than just clean my teeth. Jasmeen the oral health therapist was probably just as good as the dentist who cleans my teeth at my previous clinic. But then the actual dentist (Dr Kaamini) came and did a check on me before my clean today same as last time. Even if the dentist was different every time I didn’t feel that there was a discrepancy or gap in knowledge or approach. I thought it’s pretty cool. There’s more education being provided here for me as well and the check up is thorough compared to my previous clinic where I wondered if there was anything wrong and I always had to bring something up because they weren’t telling me anything. There’s better communication here although out from clinical services to admin 5 stars
