I needed to wait some time after arriving to see the doctor with whom I had an appointment - the needs of the prior patient took longer than would normally be expected, but I was prepared for such a wait. The check in procedure went relatively smoothly, particularly as I was new to the practice and needed to complete registration procedures, and I had allowed time for this to happen prior to my appointment. Once I saw the specialist doctor, he apologised for the wait and I assured him that I understood that sometimes the needs of others had to be met first. My appointment went smoothly, and I was impressed with my first dealings with this professional man who was extremely thorough in his dealings with a new patient, and ensuring that I understood what was happening and what I needed to do before returning to see him in the next 6-8 weeks. The check out procedure went smoothly, and it was easy to settle the account.

I brought my dad and my son for their first check‑ups at this clinic today, as we’re new to the area. Even though there were many patients, we didn’t wait long because everything was very well organized. There were plenty of receptionists to help with registration, and Ms. Diana was especially kind and helpful. A big thank‑you as well to Dr. Huma Aziz, who was incredibly thorough, patient, and generous with her time in explaining the medical treatments for both my dad and my son. We truly appreciate the excellent Care.

I had a not so pleasant experience with Dr. Qazi on one of my first visits but then gave her the benefit of the doubt on my most recent as there were no other docs available on the day and thought maybe the previous time she may have been having a rough day but NOPE she is awful! Doesn’t listen, rushes you in and out she had a patient in before me for HALF AN HOUR no exaggeration and explained sorry it’s because she doesn’t speak English but I clearly heard them speaking their own language to each other as she was walking out with her so lack of communication between them was not an excuse. Totally unprofessional and it shows she picks and chooses who she will spends time with to help. I booked a 10 minute appointment, waited an hour and she rushed me out after 2 minutes because she was running late. I now have to come in again spending extra time and money to have a proper consultation with another GP that might actually be able to listen and at least pretend to care. I can see by other reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way so unsure about why she hasn’t been spoken to about her attitude and the way she practices. It’s just left me feeling really down for the day. Just some advice for any newbies or just anyone in general DO NOT book with Qazi it’s a waste of time and money.

My telehealth appointment was scheduled for 12:20pm and I understand there could be a bit of delay but I didnt expect it to be 50 mins. I tried calling the receptionist staff after waiting for 30 mins but was on hold for 10 mins so I gave up and just decided to wait for the doctor to call. She finally called after 50 mins and didnt even apologise for being 50 mins late. Seriously?? If you guys were a bulk bill clinic then id understand but you're charging patients now so you should at least be more on time and not over booking your doctors. $56 charged for a 2 min consult after waiting for 50 mins is absolutely horrendous.

Ok to start off this place is pretty good. All doctors I have visited even the physio department specialists have been great. Though one Doctor in specific has forced me to write this review and that person is, Ash Gupta. I have a re-aggravated injury for the 3rd time... Since my main GP isn't available in this clinic we chose to book with him. He is the most inconsiderate human being I may have came across let me tell you that much. I explain my issue which is regarding an ankle injury. He completely disregards what I have to say and explain. Goes on his own rant and guess what, this doctor really just said "Even if you have a torn ligament there is nothing that can be done 😂". Are we serious??!?!? We asked for an ultrasound (which for this issue previous GP reccomended). This Doctor said no way I will give you that and said only x-ray... Over that he says "you can't do anything about it...". Once again this Clinic is pretty good... it sucks I didn't write a review about its positives but this negative is quite glaring to me and has almost ruined all my trust in this clinic.
