I had called the practice today 6:15pm 1/12/2025... I had spoken to a not so friendly and least understable Indian man on the phone, he didn't introduce himself, I was in a whole lot of pain and agony due to my cracked molar, I was kindly expressing him my problem... He pauses and says " what do you want me to do then" what a rude, arrogant person he must've been, he shouldn't be employed in a area which requires patience and understanding level of care.
Bring my mum there for her full mouth clean up and a few tooth taken and even getting her dentures measure and preparing there as well, they are amazingly friendly and professional. The amounts of advice and support she received from them is incredibly helpful and suit her and her situations. She will forever greatful for their help and supporting. In the future they are the right people to ask for Dental help..
Always loooongggg wait. 2-3 hrs waiting is normal. I walked out when everyone including the receptionist went for lunch altogether and no one called even after one and half hours. They were looking us leaving the clinic but no one even called us back and asked about leaving. We didn’t walk in , we made the appointment. Very disappointing. Our whole family used to go to them regularly for our treatments. But no more sadly.
The easiest, most comfortable visit I've had to the dentist so far. Dr. S. Sandeep, he was an absolute delight and my teeth look great. He also numbed my sensitive tooth for the clean. Private parking available. Affordable pricing.
