I’ve been going to My Dental Team for many years, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. They consistently make me feel comfortable and at ease, which is so important when it comes to dental visits. The dentists and hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. They always take the time to explain procedures clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve had everything from routine cleanings to more involved treatments done here, and every experience has been smooth and positive. They also see my children, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are with them. The team goes above and beyond to make my kids feel settled, calm, and comfortable during their visits. It makes such a difference knowing my children feel relaxed and positive about going to the dentist. What really stands out is their genuine care for patients and commitment to high-quality service. I am genuinely impressed at how Dr Amritha and Euniece her assistant at My Dental Team Bella Vista, managed the consultation of my husband and I. Even when things were not going according to plan (eg. camera not working, x-ray not available when needed, teeth profile photos not showing on screen due to computer lags, appointment not starting on time etc), they handled everything with care, precision and efficiency that made the entire session very enjoyable and informative. They just made everything work out to a tee. All our concerns regarding oral care and hygiene were addressed and explained in easily understood terms. The place was clean and tidy, and the service rendered is very professional indeed. How they manage under pressure is a true test of how great they are at what they do and is evidenced in the care they put into their work.
