My Local Dentists Seven Hills

I recently had a crown done by Dr Scott Church at My Local Dentists Seven Hills and had a wonderful experience. Dr Scott was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain each step, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The crown looks and feels great, and I’m very happy with the result. The staff were also warm, friendly, and welcoming during my visit, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dr Scott and the team for their excellent care and service!

I’m a senior citizen. I trust both Dr Ken and Dr Scott. In my life experience and from the bottom of my heart they are the best dentists. They are very careful and detailed with their examination and give a very professional and caring advice. They are very respectful to patients and their decisions. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I feel very comfortable and have no worries being looked after by them because I trust both of them. They are also very reasonable and fair with their pricing.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience. The dentist, Karen, was very rude and showed no patience or understanding when dealing with my children. Visiting the dentist can already be a scary experience for kids, and instead of making them feel comfortable and safe, she made it much worse. There was no effort to speak kindly to them, reassure them, or create a calm environment. Other dentists we’ve seen take the time to engage with children in a friendly way — even something as simple as “Hi sweetie, are you here to check your teeth today?” makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, that care was completely missing here. Because of this experience, my children are now genuinely afraid of going back to the dentist, which is very upsetting as a parent. I would not recommend this clinic to families with young children.

As a brand new patient at this clinic, I could not recommend Dr Jonathan Cheung enough. I've always had a general fear of dentists and had not visited one for a while. Dr Jonathan was kind, patient and understanding, taking time to explain different procedures and go through different after care procedures and recommendations. The cleaning I received as well was very thorough, time efficient, and while at times uncomfortable (that's the nature of getting teeth cleaned) it was definitely not painful which was the case for many of my previous dentists. The receptionists were also kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Kudos to them as well!

Always have a great experience at Capstone. Karen is my go to tormentor, and Johnno was fantastic as well(Sad to hear him moving elsewhere) and not just because we share the same name, but because the teams personality creates a friendly, calming environment. I’ve have family with deep fears of dentists feel genuinely supported by Capstone. The whole team is consistently welcoming and professional. And for the record, we never bet against Karen and Johnno in a fight… because Karen would win hands down. Sorry Johnno, but facts be facts.
