Update Dec 2025: Dr van Nguyen is good however always runs 1 hour LATE! I would schedule appointment and when I arrive I see 2 other patients waiting before me. I feel like doctors who tightly schedule their patients are money hungry. Doctors know we need them so they don’t space out appointments. So therefore you wait for 60 to 90 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. I just wish this medical practice would have more transparency. For example. When you check in at reception, they should say, eg There are 2 patients in front of you or your wait time is 45 minutes approximately, Or something like that. If you are a patient, don’t be afraid to ask the receptionist if doctor is on time and what the ETA is. And bring headphones and download a Netflix movie haha. 2023 review: Super friendly receptionist on a Saturday morning. Dr Van is very nice and gave us prescription. Good website and they answer phone to book appointments. I filled out my details online which was a nice streamlined process. First time pay for appointment and then second time and ongoing is bulk billed. I highly recommend.

Dr Van practices awful medicine. I was a patient here for years to deal with eczema, nothing major but he prescribed me a topical steroid for YEARS. I'm in my late 20s now and my body is dealing with the consequences of severe withdrawal because I became too dependent on topical steroids prescribed by Dr Van. I never knew dependence and withdrawal was even a thing until very recently, and Dr Van continued to give me my prescriptions with no regard for consequences. He wouldn't even examine me when I'd request for a top-up. Every doctor I've seen since has described this as extremely shoddy work. Be careful with Dr Van! Don't become like me!

Thank you Dr Van, never have I met a doctor so knowledgeable, kind, well spoken and humble. It’s hard to come by a doctor with all these traits nowadays. Even before you walk into the reception you feel a sense of comfort and calmness with the beautiful statues and coy pond. There are many medical centres just minutes away from my home, but I would make the 25 minute commute to see Dr Van! Thank you Doctor!

Every time when we go this centre, we are really satisfied with the service. We had seen Dr Hayes and Dr Van, they are such experienced n helpful. They do listen us n explain clearly which helps us feel better before we take any medicine. It was one Sunday evening, I got my finger squeezed. I had to see doctor as it was really painful. I didnot know this medical centre was closed, I called on office number, Dr Van answered it as it was diverted to him mobile. I explained my situation and Dr Van come to medical center n gave me best treatment. It was such an amazing kind act. I really recommend you to visit this center when you required.

Dr Van is really good doctor however the receptionist who is Asian with short hair works on Tuesdays is the rudest staff I have ever experienced . She never tells me her name when ever I ask her. She never seems happy and is always grumpy and also has a cold face at all times, without this receptionist this medical centre is extermly good. Not only I have experienced her in this way but my other family's and friends have said extractly the same.
