I had a really positive experience during my dental appointment. The team was welcoming and professional, and the dentist made me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment was gentle. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr Senuri for explaining dental hygiene so good, my husband was very happy with treatment done as well, definitely bringing my whole family to the clinic.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service here. The receptionist I spoke to yesterday over the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. My entire family of 5 have been going to this clinic for many years every 6 or so months. I have always known they were an extremely busy clinic because for most of my family’s appointments, we’d be in the waiting room for at least 30 mins which we eventually got used to and would allow extra time for. And honestly that was always fine with us because our dental hygienist Ivana was so lovely and great at what she did and as a family of nurses and lawyers, we absolutely understand how busy things can get. I was scheduled for a dental cleaning in February which was booked 6 months prior and in January, I was told that Ivana will no longer be available and the next spot was on March. I asked to please be placed on a cancellation list because weekends are always booked out like 3 months in advance. Unfortunately, full time 7-6 office workers are at the mercy of only being available on weekends where the hours are for whatever stupid reason, shorter too. Fast forward to yesterday, because I moved about 35 mins away from Blacktown just very recently, it’s never easy to predict traffic along the two major highways I have to cross. I also had my 3 year old daughter to bring with me as no one is ever able to watch her on the weekend except me. This is no one else’s problem, so I didn’t make this known even when I called BUPA Blacktown to kindly give them a heads up that I was about a few mins away, about 10-15 mins. I was so wrong and stupid for thinking that I would receive the slightest bit of consideration and time allowance. When I had left the house, I expected to arrive on time but by the time I called, I had already been driving for 30 mins. Immediately, the receptionist tells me that I’m gonna have to reschedule because they close at 4:30pm. ?????? Ivana always only took about 20 mins for our appts so even if I arrived at 4:05, that wouldn’t have been a problem. So I pleaded to the receptionist telling her that I’m literally already on the road, so she went to Ruby Bandal who was supposed to do my appt to ask her what she can do, comes back and snarkily says, “You have to reschedule. 15 mins isn’t just a few mins Thrissha.” And that tone and wording was the nail in the coffin. But I guess it’s okay for them to keep me and my family waiting for at least 30 mins for our appts :) This clinic clearly does not value patient time, and their staff are selfish and arrogant. And to the receptionist who yelled out to me over the phone, “Why are you yelling at me?!” oh you are so lucky I was over the phone. With her tone and attitude, she was very lucky I spoke to her the way I did as most people would not have. I hope Ruby enjoyed being able to clock off work early yesterday! 🫶🏼 I’ll also do them a lovely favour and never come back here again, maybe then they’ll actually start to run on time and drop the attitude.

Dr Jacob Loga and staff at Bupa Dental are the best. Caring, detailed and always working towards my best interest. I am a person who dreads coming to a dentist but they always make me welcome comfortable. Melanie and the other lovely receptionists were helpful and going out of their way to accommodate my needs.

Special mention to Ms. Margo and Ms. Mariam they are friendly and very accommodating. To my doctor, Dr. SHERPA she is really great in handling my treatment plan her explanations are on point and very clear. she also makes me calm. Everyone’s very flexible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Bupa Dental Blacktown. The ladies at the reception are very welcoming. Excellent customer Service! Dr. Jakub was very gentle, friendly and thorough with my future dental plans. Mel was very helpful and patient with questions regarding my insurance cover and my plan. Overall It was a very pleasant experience.
