I am new to the practice and have a very long dental history. The receptionist was professional and personable. The dentist was lovely, clear in her explanations and did not push for ‘unnecessary’ treatments. Knowing in myself what I probably needed, I was not surprised on any fronts. I found the dentist gentle and pleasant. The technician was also friendly and easy to talk to. The next procedure will cement my decision whether to make this my permanent dentist.

The dentist is had today was amazing, I am seriously terrified of going to the dentist, she and her staff went above and beyond to make me at ease, especially when I had to have a very intensive extraction. Hi, went here 2 days ago for the first time, for a check up, clean and xray. All good, was fairly quick, as painless as possible, friendly. Xray machine that takes 360 x rays is new, I hadn't seen that before. The dentist (sorry I forgot her name) was great at explaining what was in the xrays and video she took, very thorough. 4 stars as it was a pretty standard visit, but everything that I saw was good.
I recently visited as a new patient and had a really positive experience. The communication throughout the appointment was excellent—the Dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. They were also very gentle, which made the whole visit much more relaxed than I expected. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.
