HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everyone is wonderful and so supportive! My 11yo was struggling to cope with her plates so I emailed them with some questions and Naomi called me straight away. You're not limited to a set number of appts so I was able to book one just for support and so my daughter could talk to someone about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Well my experience is very mixed. For children I would advise avoiding Gordon Cheung completely, the way he had a good old fashioned yank on my daughter's braces was the most shocking thing I've ever seen! We've only had two appointments for actually fitting the wires etc. 6 weeks apart, as normal, but each time I had to return to point out the wire was sticking in the side of the mouth on one side (different spot each time). Both times I was told that's what the wax is for, each time I had to persist and argue that no I think it just needs adjustment... Each time I was correct but having to argue the point is ridiculous. Each time no apology on that score either. I'm lodging a formal complaint against Gordon Cheung, he needs to be pulled up as my daughter was in tears of pain the rest of the afternoon after the (unsuccessful) yank adjustment - it only needed the right tool and a simple pain free tweak, just a minute of proper time and care.
Staff were amazing, Full of information explained in details. Staff are very friendly they all look like they enjoy working at their working environment. Would be very happy to highly recommend Rockingham orthodontic Centre.
From start to end Naomi and her team were wonderful. They made my son and myself so comfortable and explained step by step what they were doing. Cooper actually looked forward to going he was never worried at all. We will need more dental work done in the future and will not go anywhere else. Amazing service. Dr Naomi is very helpful and takes time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. The reception team are always friendly and also happy to help. Very happy with my daughter’s treatment so far!
