Absolutely wonderful, well staffed with talented dentists, comfortable modern clinic and amazing reception staff. I went in with my adult daughter for her appt, and was so impressed I decided to take the plunge and book myself in for a much needed overhaul. They have a special on at the moment only $229 for a comprehensive exam, full ultrasonic scale and clean (my daughter cant stop looking at her teeth they honestly look like theyve been thru a whitening procedure Dr Sanam and team did a wonderful job) flouride treatment AND xrays- its usually the suprise 3-4 xrays at $60-$80 a pop on top of inital exam cost when you go somewhere for a 1st consult that burns your wallet when dont have private health cover and was partly why I was stalling for myself. So if youve been delaying treatment like me nows the time to take advantage of their great deal. Gotta mention the reception ladies again, nicest ladies youll ever meet 😊

I can’t recommend Primary Dental and Dr Yuen highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding and they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I’ve always had anxiety around visiting the dentist due to past experiences, but Dr Yuen completely changed that for me. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush, and always check in to make sure you’re okay. Their gentle approach and genuine care have helped me rebuild trust and confidence in dental visits. Thanks to Dr Yuen and the wonderful team, what used to be a stressful experience has become something I no longer fear. I’m so grateful to have found a clinic that truly cares about their patients,not just their teeth, but their overall comfort and wellbeing.

I had trauma from extensive dental work that was undertaken overseas and was so paranoid about having to undergo treatment again, my anxiety levels were through the roof!…however, all the staff I interacted with at Primary Dental put me at such ease and I was so comfortable from the second I walked in until I walked out. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants were so lovely and the premises is ultra clean. Dr Shree is an absolute GEM. She was incredibly kind, knowledge and gentle. She explained all my treatment options and once I chose, she explained every step of the procedure as we went on and gave me a stress ball to squeeze for the duration. I felt zero pain throughout the entire procedure and left with a new positive outlook on obtaining dental work. I simply cannot recommend this clinic highly enough and I will only go to Dr Shree from now on. Thank you to the whole team at Primary Dental.

Dr Sree is incredible! I have struggled with fear of the dentist for the last decade. I finally forced myself to go see a dentist last week. I booked in with Dr Sree and I'am so so glad I did ! She was the most patient, understanding and compassionate dentist I have ever had! She got together a plan for my teeth and was entirely transparent about all costs and processes involved. Taking time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible through the whole procedure. She has completely changed my perspective on dental health and has me looking forward to appointments.
