Very professional Mandurah dentist. First time visit today and I was very impressed by the level of care and professionalism. Kathleen made me feel very welcoming at reception and Dr Sahithi explained in detail what the processes were and what treatment may or may not be required in the future. There was no pressure to have extra work that wasn’t essential. Highly recommended
First and foremost ,this review is solely on my experience after contacting platinum smile about a Dental problem i had. I have not had any work done with them as yet ,however after communicating with Kathleen whom i presume to be the receptionist , the proffesionalism and compassion shown by her has made my mind up that platinum smiles will definately be getting my business in the future. kathleen you are a wonderful representation of what an employer should look for in his or her employees.
The care i have received from Platinum Smile has been well above the standards expected. You couldnt possibly have a bad experience as the staff and professionals simply do not allow it! It is a very safe space to have any dental work done, even for the most anxious people. You will be confident to return and look after your teeth better than you ever have.
The service at platinum smile is wonderful from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentists. My dentist Sahithi took time and asked questions regarding my cancer treatment before providing the service. I felt very at ease with her and have been back since. Highly recommended if you want good service. Platinum Smile is now “my dentist”
