Dr Mark is so incredibly caring and patient with my girls. Between anxiety and sensory issues, he always ensures they are comfortable and gently guides them through everything he is doing. He always explains what’s going to happen clearly and directly to the kids and never complains when asked endless questions! A warm and welcoming practice and highly professional. I would recommend to anyone, especially those with kids.
Couldn’t recommend a dentist enough! The staff are all so welcoming, kind and caring. Mark is so patient and kind. He walks you through every step and is so encouraging. I finally feel comfortable enough going to the dentist which is huge for me as I struggle with anxiety around these kind of settings. Thank you again to mark and the team!
Mark and nurse Lara were fantastic with me today. Mark was reassuring with his words and gentle while working on my teeth. Also he was most patient with me. Nurse Lara was most welcoming. Dr Mark Taylor and his team are the best I have been to in years. Excellent premises, very pleasant staff and Dr Taylor is very accurate in his surgical assessments. He certainly fixed my problems!
