I had a toothache and booked a next day appointment. It was stress free and to the point. X-ray taken, discussion of options and removal of tooth. Dr Vish and dental assistant Geraldine were fantastic. It was quite difficult to remove the tooth but they did a fantastic job. And I was given extra local anaesthetic at any point where I had even the slightest bit of pain. My blood sugar dropped mid procedure and Geraldine assisted me to the lavatory and got me some juice to bring my blood sugar back. They continued the procedure once I felt better and the stubborn tooth was removed without any damage to my other teeth. The next day I had barely any discomfort either which was incredible considering how difficult the tooth was to remove. I had a fantastic and stress free procedure thank you to Dr Vish and Dental assistant Geraldine. Wonderful service.
Went there feeling very anxious. The dentist Vish took the time and explained everything to me. He gave me a chance to go away and think about the procedure but I felt very comfortable to go ahead with my procedure straight away. What I like the most is they called me the next day to check on me. Something I heard they do for everyone.
The kindest, most compassionate, and skilled group of people I've ever met. In just one appointment, I've gone from fearing dentists to feeling more than comfortable for an extraction and filling. Biggest thank you to the whole team, and especially Dr. Sharifa Meher, who assured me the whole time and made me feel heard, seen, and comfortable.
After reading the reviews over the past 12 months i have decided to finally give my review. I went to Dr S for an ache in my tooth 12 months ago. After an Xray and a chat to another Dentist Dr S told me all top teeth needed to be pulled, as they couldnt be saved. I told her i would need antibiotics for the pain in my tooth before i have them pulled, she replied Dentists dont do Antibiotics. And said if you dont get them taken out today you will be in agony. I didnt have the money for them to be taken out that day as it was going to be $1500 plus . When i went into another room with another dentist who can do dentures. He wrote me 2 different antibiotics on the spot. It was obvious Dr S was trying to make quick money by pulling the wool over my eyes. It was disgusting and hope she doesnt still practice there after i explained that to the manager. I had a few more dissapointing things happen to me over the next few appointments before i got most of my money back and got out of there. I told the manager i wouldnt put a negative review up but it seems not much has changed over the past 12 months.
Dr sharifa did an amazing job of giving me care and comfort with my dental treatment, great splint I use every night, highly recommend.
