I felt scared before because I didnt want to go to the dentist in a Country with a different Language than my own, but the doctor and the nurses created such am warm and comftorbale amtmosphere and explaind eveything to me very patiently. So if you wondering which dentist to got to, Chose this one. Thanks again to Tammy and Sanja🫶🏼

I feel it’s important to share my recent experience with this clinic for the benefit of others seeking independent dental reviews. I booked an appointment for an independent review of dental work completed at a previous clinic, which was carried out by Dr Jessie Jia. I arrived with a written overview outlining my concerns and observations, which Dr Jia read before asking a few brief questions and checking my bite. The assessment concluded that the earlier work was of “high quality” and that the area in question “looked good.” When I raised ethical and communication concerns — namely that any alteration to a patient’s bite or appearance should involve clear consultation and consent — Dr Jia attempted to justify the decisions made by the previous clinician. When I asked whether she would inform a patient of small changes, her response was, “I probably wouldn’t.” That reply left me quite alarmed. It raised serious questions for me about professional standards and transparency in patient communication. Throughout the consultation, the focus seemed to remain on defending the prior work rather than conducting an objective review — despite the appointment being booked for that purpose. Dr Jia also asked, “How bad were your teeth?” — a question that struck me as inappropriate and irrelevant to the purpose of the visit. What Dr Jia was not aware of is that I had already had the same work reviewed elsewhere, where multiple issues had been identified, including areas in my bite where the molars are not making contact, as well as excess cement left from the bridge work that had not been properly cleaned — none of which was picked up during this appointment. It was disappointing to see that even with clear signs to review, the evaluation remained surface-level. Healthcare professionals are entrusted with some of the most sensitive aspects of our wellbeing. This experience was a reminder that not all uphold that responsibility with the diligence and objectivity we should be able to expect. Like everyone in the clinic, Dr Jia was lovely — just clearly not interested in helping me with what I needed. If you’re seeking a truly independent and impartial assessment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
