Best first dental visit ever. From start to finish, the team at Grey Street took excellent care of my teeth. They talked through all the photos and x-rays and made sure I understood what was going on and how to best take care of my teeth based on all the information. Could not fault this experience. I'll definitely be back!
Highly recommend! Great customer service and very friendly and professional and attentive. Dennis the dentist I saw was fantastic and very thorough and helped diagnose and fix an urgent problem that 3 other dentists missed. Also got in quite quickly and availablity was good.
After moving to Australia I was quite nervous about finding a dentist I could trust. From the moment I had my initial consultation with Dr Dennis those concerns completely disappeared! He took the time to explain everything in such a clear and thorough way, which made me feel genuinely at ease. I really appreciated how transparent and honest he was about the treatment I needed. Dr Cherry Chen was amazing. Very thorough and the most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever experienced. Explained everything carefully and made suggestions without pushing unnecessary procedures. Sure informed but left the decision to me. 5 stars
