This was my first dental appointment in a VERY long time and Dr Cherry made the experience comfortable. She was gentle, considerate and reassuring. The whole team provided great customer service. A really positive experience overall.
As someone who gets anxious at the dentist, I am grateful for having Dr Cherry looking after my teeth! She is gentle, thorough, patient, and empathetic :) Reception staff and dental assistants are also professional and friendly. We've moved to further south and we still drive to Grey Street Dentist!
I had a fantastic experience at Grey St Dentist and honestly, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Dr Nelson is incredibly proficient and clearly very skilled, He is an excellent communicator; everything was explained clearly, calmly, and in a way that made me feel completely at ease and confident in the treatment. He was supported well by his assistant (sorry, can't remember your name) - she is friendly, caring, and genuinely attentive. The front-of-house staff were also excellent. They are friendly, easy to deal with, and followed up really well, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. A genuinely positive experience all round.
The receptionists are always very friendly and welcoming whenever I visit. Dr Vincent is thorough and explains everything clearly which is reassuring. Greg st Dentist have a great follow up service so I never miss my 6 monthly checkup or appointments. Overall wonderful service and great place to have my teeth treated!
Been coming to this dental practice for years. Even though I've moved across the the west, I still come back to St Kilda for my checkups. Ive found the practise very professional and excellent with communication ( voice notes are a nice touch) Dr Nelson is always clear about goals for my teeth and is just a nice person too. Happy to have a chat. I won't be leaving anytime soon.
