Had the most fabulous experience at CORE DENTAL getting my teeth whitened‼️Its a very modern neat place with excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations by a huge amount ❤️ I was looked after by JOY and GEORGIA both these girls were friendly and attentive I cant speak highly enough of them and the procedure from start to finish. The lighting, the TV on the ceiling, the chair, everything was just perfect but tbh before going in I was a bit sceptical that you could get such a good result but it turned out really well and was well worth the money. JOY'S customer care was second to none and for that I'm very greatful I found such a good place to book into. I will come back again in 6 to 12 months to repeat the whitening with confidence that CORE DENTAL is the best place in Melbourne to get your teeth whitened at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the most exceptional dental experience with Dr Joy who is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Her attentive approach and clear explanations helped create a comfortable atmosphere. The clinic staff are also lovely, including Louise at reception. Excited for my next treatment for fillings and wisdom teeth! Highly recommend Dr Joy.

Saw Tristan Balthazar and have had a great experience. I went in to get my chipped teeth fixed, but was afraid to go in as I haven’t been to the dentist in about 10 years. He was approachable, honest and very detailed when explaining what would happen next. First, he discovered some tooth decay that he got just before it got to a nerve, which would have meant a root canal. Then we had a clean and some teeth whitening to match the new fillings to fix my teeth, then finally we finished with fillings to fix my teeth. I’m very happy with the end result. Nothing hurt throughout the process. Now I just have to try and stick to my 6 month check ups :$

I booked a check-up with Dr Scott as I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual clinic before the end of the year. I had previously seen him for my wisdom tooth surgery years ago. When I went in I clearly told him that I had around $650 remaining in my private health insurance extras and wanted to make use of it before the year ended. He said okay general check up and clean then, to which I asked about including X-rays as I had read in my extras that it would be covered. Dr Scott immediately said they would not be covered and would need to be paid out of pocket — without checking my insurance or even knowing the exact out of pocket cost. Based on this, I declined the X-rays. At reception afterwards, I asked again about coverage, and the staff checked my card and confirmed that X-rays would have been fully covered under my extras. This was disappointing and frustrating, as I would have absolutely proceeded had accurate information been provided. Patients pay for insurance weekly and rely on clinicians to give correct guidance, or at the very least, take a moment to check rather than dismissing it outright. Hope future patients receive more attentive and informed care.
