As someone with anxiety around visiting the dentist, being a patient of BUPA Port Melbourne has totally changed my perception of the check-up experience. I put off having a filling for 3 years, and when I visited BUPA PM for the first time I dreaded the news that I still needed the filling - however, Mansi was really great with dealing with my nervousness and encouraging me to have the procedure. Dr Palal was fantastic and made the experience pain free and relaxing. I have just been for my second check up of the year and had another fab experience. Thanks BUPA Port Melbourne! :)
