I used to attend this practice regularly but will no longer be attending and do not recommend others attend. There has been a change in personal. The practitioner stressed the importance to address my root canal issue ASAP, I have scheduled my appointments in advanced as the availability is restricted, however prior to the first appointment the practice cancelled the day before ( and could only reschedule 3 weeks later). 3 weeks later, 40 minutes before the appointment They called to cancel again, not advising on any possible alternate appointments. The service of the scheduling is not worth it.
Honestly have not had good experiences with this place. The first time I visited I was overcharged. Granted the receptionist did fix the error but I had to point this out and it took a long time for her to refund me and figure out where the error was. Dentist was also a quite creepy and kept telling me to “just breathe” throughout a routine check up, when I don’t even have a dentist phobia and was perfectly fine in the chair. Second time, my appointment was cancelled because the “air conditioning broke” on a super hot day. Third time I was told I need over $2,500 worth of work done when I have never been told this by any dentist my entire life despite the fact I always attend my routine 6 monthly check ups throughout my entire life and have never been told I have any of these issues. Really get the sense that they are just after money.
Been to Bupa dental Port Melbourne for a few treatments. Very welcoming service, my dentist Myra was excellent with her treatments , gentle and caring in every way. With complete confidence and no more fear of visiting the dentist 🤗
The staffs at the reception were very helpful and kind. I went in for a teeth clean and checkup by Dr Keerat Judge. The whole process was very smooth and thorough, and the team was very professional and friendly. Overall a wonderful first time visit and I highly recommend visiting this dental clinic.
We had a really good experience for our first visit. Myra and Jaimi-lee and all the staff were wonderful and very professional. They were also fantastic and very accommodating with my children. Would recommend :)
