By far the best dentist we have ever been to! If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further. If I could give 10 out of 10, I would! Jess, the owner, runs the front of house alongside Ellen, and together they run a very tight ship. The practice is incredibly accommodating and they always do their very best to fit you in. My poor son had an infected tooth, and Jade was so patient, calm, and genuinely caring. The tooth had to be removed in the chair, and she was an absolute superstar. I couldn’t recommend her more highly for kids whether it’s just a clean or something more serious going on with your teeth. For adults as well, Tess is exceptional. She’s a young top gun and truly magic with her hands. Her cleans and she can fix anything are done with such a soft, gentle touch she’s an absolute must-visit. Don’t be put off by her age; she has the latest up-to-date knowledge and a modern approach that really shows in her work and plus they have the best and most up to date equipment on the market! Why see a boring old dentist when you can have the best and most modern in the biz!!!
I'm 62 and this is the best dental practice that i have been to. The dentists and oral hygienists are excellent. Equipment is modern. If you have dental anxiety as I have, they have a lot of empathy for this and manage it really well. I had reconstructive work over 6 months - no regrets. Sensational practice run by lovely people!
I can’t recommend Bond Street Dental highly enough. I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr Ned and the experience so far has been exceptional. Dr Ned is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole process feel very comfortable and reassuring. Jess and the admin team are equally fantastic. Always welcoming, organised and incredibly helpful. From booking appointments to follow-ups, everything runs smoothly and you genuinely feel looked after the moment you walk in. A great team, a great environment and outstanding care all around.
I consulted Dr Dickman several years ago when I needed 3 implant crowns. At that time my regular dentist was away on maternity leave and she was unable to help me out so I contacted Bond Street. I saw Dr. Dickman who did a great job. He is very approachable and will go out of his way to ensure that his patients are happy with the outcome. When I required a minor adjustment - he was happy to make time to see me.
You get what you pay for. Perfect teeth, attention to detail, fantastic customer service. For something as important as a smile, I’m happy to pay more for quality and peace of mind that these guys really do know what they’re doing. 10/10. Save yourself the pain and go here first. They are the best.
