I recently completed a makeover including implants, porcelain veneers, and ceramic crowns, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From my initial consultation right through to today, the entire process has been exceptional. I first met Dr. Shawn when I was seeking a second opinion, and from the very beginning he was incredibly thorough, informative, and clear, taking the time to explain all of my options . Dr. Shawn worked closely with his colleague, oral surgeon Bernard Lim, who placed my implants, which were then beautifully restored by Chloe, their in-house ceramist. The teamwork and attention to detail throughout my treatment were outstanding. My relationship with Dr. Shawn has been built on trust and understanding, and I truly feel that I’ve not only found my dentist for life, but a friend as well. Thank you to the entire team who have been involved in my journey — I’m so grateful.

Jess was amazing in coordinating my appointments around my work schedule and flights, which made everything so convenient. Before my final veneers were fitted, I requested a few minor adjustments, and the in-house ceramicist Chloe was more than happy to accommodate—she made the changes on the spot.
