I just finished my Invisalign treatment with the assistance from Dr Selina, Tracey and Montse who were so lovely and helpful throughout. Their professionalism and patience over the past 2 years has been top tier. Their attention to detail and customer care is second to none. I could not recommend them enough. It was worth every penny. I’ve been with this clinic for about two years for my Invisalign treatment. The results have been good, but the overall experience hasn’t always matched that. Appointments often felt a little rushed with different dentists. I had some concerns around hygiene including tools not always seeming clean and staff in the room sometimes not wearing gloves. I was also advised by Dr. Selina to finish my treatment earlier than planned. On a positive note, the nurses, hygienists, and reception staff are absolutely fantastic and always friendly and helpful! I’m not trying to be harsh, just something for future patients to be aware of. Thank you Ismile!

I was feeling a persistent pain in my mouth with a chipped and infected tooth. After avoiding for some time, I had no choice but to visit a Dentist. After doing some research, I came to iSmile Dental Surgery Balwyn, where I was welcomed by the smiling, welcoming and very friendly Reception staff. I was highly impressed with their professionalism. My appointment was made to see Dr Mayank Dogra. Dr Mayank Dogra is very professional and gentle. He thoroughly and patiently explained the damage the teeth have been through and the treatment procedure that will provide me the quality of life with a confident smile. Dr Mayank straight away gave me medications to calm down the pain, patiently addressed all my questions and concerns and explained every step of the future treatment procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was totally awestruck by the level of patient care provided by both Dr Mayank and the staff at the clinic. The dental nurse Tatti and Ben the Hygienist and Cate the Receptionist did excellent job. It is a fantastic dental clinic indeed equipped with modern machines and equipments, great service and I received excellent care. Their rates are compatible too. Satish

Having been a long time patient at iSmile Studio, I can say with confidence that all the staff are absolute professionals that truly care about their patients and their outcomes. The clinic is well presented and is always being improved. Even after moving away for the local area, I’ve struggled to find another clinic of the same quality and still find myself making the trip to iSmile every 6 months. Highly recommend.

Dr.Milla, Jorja, Iryna and Isabella are fabulous. The energy is so peaceful, chill and relaxing. I look forward to ismile studio creating my smile in the next few months.
