We recently visited the clinic, and met with the orthodontist Jim. From the moment we walked in the door, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Jim's team were extremely warm and caring towards my son, explained the process to him, and me, was funny and kept the process light and stress less. Afterwards, Jim drew out the verdict of his findings so I could thoroughly understand, and refer to it later on. We sincerely had one of the best professional outcomes for us. The follow up text was also a nice gesture. I would strongly recommend this practice for orthodontics.. the practice is modern, resourced and really warm.. overall an all ground, great group.
