He has a great way of making you feel comfortable and genuinely remembers our conversations from previous visits, which really shows how much he cares about his patients. The dental assistants that work closely with Jason are also great and ensure the visits run smoothly. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I needed to with great service.

From the outset, the dentists and support staff were thorough in explaining each stage of the process and ensuring I had all the information I needed. Over the 2–3 month journey—covering extractions, recovery and implantation—the care provided was consistently professional and attentive. Despite encountering some issues with the temporary implants, I was very well looked after at all times and genuinely felt cared for throughout. A great job by the entire team at NDC Box Hill. Excellent service. Reception staff were very welcoming and Jason, my dentist was really amazing. he made me feel very comfortable while cleaning my teeth. The dental nurse was also very good.
