I’ve been attending National Dental Care Box Hill for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. The reception staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially over the phone. My dentist, Jason Tan, is always kind, professional, and reassuring. He has a great way of making you feel comfortable and genuinely remembers our conversations from previous visits, which really shows how much he cares about his patients. The dental assistants that work closely with Jason are also great and ensure the visits run smoothly. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I needed to with great service.
My visit to the NDC Box Hill went exceptionally well. The reception staff, dentist and Oral Surgeon were excellent, providing clear information and arranging follow up appointments. My thanks too everyone.
