This was my first visit to this dental clinic. I arrived at 9:06 AM for my 9:15 AM appointment, so I was not late at all. However, I was not seen until 10:15 AM. I understand that delays can happen with previous patients, and I can accept that. What truly disappointed me was the lack of communication. Because I waited for almost an hour without any update or reminder, I overstayed my parking time and received a $102 fine. A simple reminder from the front desk—especially when the delay is so long—would have allowed me to move my car and avoid this situation. I strongly suggest that the clinic improve communication with patients when appointments are running significantly behind schedule. For first-time visitors, it would be very helpful to be reminded about parking limits, as long delays can easily cause unintended fines.
