I have been seeing Dr. Joanne Ling for regular dental check-ups and deep cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is very gentle, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Since coming to her, my teeth and gums have improved significantly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have been a patient in this establishment for 20+ Years. They have consistently provided great service and professional dental care that I used to rely on. On my recent visit after 2 years I noticed a drastic change. Place is not well kept any more and I wondered why ? I was booked for 1 hour. But Dr _ _ rushed it and did it in 5 min. There was absolutely no need to rush. It was a surface level small cavity , yet she carelessly drilled till the drill hit the nerve. WHY ? After the filling, the teeth is now sensitive and painful. Filling was rushed without giving time for curing. No layering. Did not smoothen and polish the surface of the tooth and it is still rough. I have done many fillings in the past. So I know the process and the care other dentists usually take. Teeth are a very important part of a body and if poorly handled , Doctors can destroy them very easily. This one was a wacky, rushed, careless , unprofessional job and I most probably will lose a very important teeth. While she was at it , she started working on another tooth without consulting me. Very unprofessional , rude and careless to say the least. I feel really sorry to see the state of this business as I really relied on its great services and support staff in the past. Unfortunately I'm not returning back. Good bye … after 20 years.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for more than four years, and recently visited again a few times. Dr Nicola, @DrMunpria, and Dr Jo are all very understanding and professional. The reception staff are lovely too. However, the pricing is quite high, and at times it feels like extra charges are added wherever possible. I attended this clinic for a booked appointment for a filling and a free dental clean under my cover. I informed Dr Pragati that my physical card was still in the mail, but I could provide my policy number. Despite this, they refused to proceed with the filling or the free clean, solely because I did not have the physical card or access to a digital version at that moment. Instead, I was pressured to undergo an X-ray, even after I clearly stated that I would return once my physical card arrived. No treatment was performed — no filling, no cleaning — yet I was still charged for an unnecessary X-ray. The interaction felt abrupt and unprofessional. The dentist, receptionist, and another staff member were extremely rude and dismissive. I was eligible for a free clean under my cover, yet they refused to provide it and insisted on charging me instead. If I could give 0 stars, I would. No service was provided, only an unnecessary charge. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time and money. They could have simply allowed me to return with the physical card instead of treating me rudely and refusing the service I booked.

I have dental anxiety caused solely by dentists not listening to me. Dr Fen Chan was able to put me at ease. I felt heard, and she actually bothered to warn me before doing something that could be sensitive. I've recommended this clinic to my housemate and I'll definitely be back here again.
