I’ve been a patient at this clinic for more than four years, and recently visited again a few times. Dr Nicola, @DrMunpria, and Dr Jo are all very understanding and professional. The reception staff are lovely too. However, the pricing is quite high, and at times it feels like extra charges are added wherever possible. This dental care centre is an excellent place to get your dental problems solved. Every query is taken care of. Doctors and their colleagues are really helpful, generous and look well after the quality of service provided. I have seen that people have reviewed about the service desk issues with the staff, but in my personal experience, it has been swift and a decent experience, so I suppose everyone has their own part to say. I would definitely recommend this centre ☑️.
I have dental anxiety caused solely by dentists not listening to me. Dr Fen Chan was able to put me at ease. I felt heard, and she actually bothered to warn me before doing something that could be sensitive. I've recommended this clinic to my housemate and I'll definitely be back here again.
