We cannot speak highly enough of Dr Vivienne and the staff at Dentistry in Canterbury. Dr V has been wonderful with our 5 and 7year olds, always showing care, compassion and professionalism. She has a calm and gentle manner that puts the kids at ease for what would normally be a nervous experience for them. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that they can understand and is patient with the. We are grateful for the care she provides and highly recommend Dentistry in Canterbury to any family. The reception team are always very friendly and helpful too which is a bonus!
I've always been a really anxious dentist visitor and also struggle with panic attacks but my two visitors have confirmed I am no longer scared of the dentist!!!!!!! Dr. Gina Malak has been extremely caring and educational, telling me what's happening and what she is about to it. She also has alot of tricks and tips to help along the way with making the experience enjoyable and not scary. I can't believe how quick she is too!!! Forever grateful for this experience. Excited for my next visit! PS. The clinic is so clean and all staff have been wonderful and kind.
So happy I’ve finally finished my Invisalign! The results are amazing (with a little bonding touch ) and totally worth it! Everyone at Dentistry in Canterbury has been super caring. Dr Julie, Dr Gina, Dr Claire, and Dr Vivienne are incredible, and the nurses and front desk team (Ying & Mia) are always patient and helpful. Even my kids love coming here for checkups, no nerves at all! BTW, I found their Instagram is fun and educational too! Lots of useful dental tips. Highly recommend following! 💕
Experienced a true 5 star treatment today from Dr Julie and the team. A warm welcome by Ying and Billy at reception. Dr Julie and her dental assistant, Icy, took such great care of me while I had a filling and a same day crown. I had put this off for far too long. I was met with judgement-free care which really helped my anxiety. Having very recently experienced a “gap-free” dentist elsewhere, I can say without hesitation, that boutique, personalised dentistry cannot be compared to gap-free, bums-seats dentistry. Well done to Julie and the team for what they offer!
