My daughter Lucy has severe anxiety and Dr Sabrina was fantastic. She was calm, patient and reassuring. Making sure she spoke to Lucy about everything and let her know that everything is at her pace. And honestly, I love that. Lucy’s neurodivergent and having a social story on the website that explains everything as well as photos of the team makes it so much easier. Also, the prize cupboard at the end… icing on the cake! Lucy walked out and said “I like Sabrina. I want more Sabrina’s in my life.” I’d say that’s a win.
Perfect from start to finish! Staff friendly from appointment booking, useful reminders and seamless check in, easy appointment and great rewards for children during and afterwards. Dr Sabrina was gentle and catered to our expectations perfectly. We were initially quite stressed but she made everything feel so easy and relaxed. She was talking to us for the whole visit and it felt like a conversation with a good friend not a stranger. My child said they liked her more than their previous dentist and that she is now their best friend. We left feeling so positive about the visit and she even called us in the evening to make sure everything was okay and asked if she could help cater to our and our child's needs any better! I've never come across a dentist that shows genuine love for their patients as much as I can see she does, I actually wanted to hug her!
We had an amazing experience at Tooth Town with Dr Evelyn Morataya. The attention was wonderful and my daughter was so happy and comfortable, she’s even excited to come back, which is rare for a dentist visit! The response time was also very good. Highly recommend.
