Had to have urgent dental care following an accident. Found Precision Dental via Google and called based on positive reviews. Got me in straight away and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. I’m already quite anxious about seeing the dentist, and attending with a very sore mouth after the accident made it even harder to walk through the door. Dr Choi and Kate (dental nurse) were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr Choi took the time to explain everything clearly before starting, which really helped calm my nerves, and their follow-up care was excellent. The work he did to repair my teeth was incredible - his attention to detail was amazing, and he was so gentle and considerate, even taking extra care to protect my existing injuries while working on me and giving breaks. Having TVs on the ceiling also surprisingly helped in easing my nerves. They really go above and beyond to care for their patients. What was a very overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to how caring and professional the whole team was. I walked out with my smile back, and feeling far more at ease than I expected. Can’t recommend enough!
I’ve been going to Billy at Precision Dental in Brisbane for about 10 years. The staff are always friendly, but more importantly the dental clean is very gentle compared to my previous dentist. They are also always on time which is nice. Very modern surgery with all the latest equipment. I would highly recommend them. Mat.
Dr Billy Choi has been my dentist for years now. He is Always welcoming, friendly, professional and caring. The receptionists and dental hygienists are lovely and do such a great job. Best dentist in Brisbane.. with easy parking too!
Precision Perfection!! I desperately needed a dental makeover for my extremely poor teeth and decided to ‘bite’ the bullet and consult with a dentist. I decided on Precision Dental Fortitude Valley. This procedure took several months of fillings, bridges, an extraction, and crowns… just to name a few. During this time Dr Billy Choi and his team were BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL, their professionalism, kind and caring attitude made my whole dental restoration experience calm and relaxing. Dr Billy fully explained my treatment at each appointment and his gentleness and expertise were amazing; lovely Chrizza (dental assistant) always kind, courteous and knowledgeable, she even brought me a blanket when I got cold; the wonderful Kate (patient coordinator) always followed up with a post appointment phone call to make sure that I was doing well and not having any pain or issues with my treatment. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful smile which I love showing off. I cannot thank you all enough for doing this for me. If you need a dental practitioner, you need to go to Precision Dental. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they simply are the best! Bonus, there is ample free two-hour parking and extended parking for those longer appointments can be sorted at reception.
I have a bad dental phobia so I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time. All of the staff at Precision are so friendly and compassionate. The whole process of going to the dentist has changed a lot since the 90s/00s and its now a more pleasant experience overall I would definitely recommend Precision Dental in Brisbane!
