Recently had a retainer replacement with Dr Lochlan and went great, couldn't recomend this clinic enough. Dr Lochlan was clear and easy to discuss with about options available at the clinic. Additionally had my wisdom teeth removed here with Dr Angus afew years back and went smoother than I could have imagined.

I was running late for my appointment due to work and they were still able to accommodate me, the team of receptionist had a great sense of humour and made me feel very welcome. The dentist was knowledgeable, fast and did and excellent job. I felt very comfortable. Overall a great team, welcoming and very clean environment. The best dentist I have ever attended.

Today I visited the dental hospital for my treatment and had a great experience. Dr. Ruben and his assistant Srija did an amazing job. Dr. Ruben was very precise and clear in explaining the procedure and treatment plan, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. He is very caring and listened patiently to all my concerns, making sure I felt heard and understood. The whole experience was professional and smooth. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

It is hard to overstate the level of service and professionalism at St Lucia. From my very first appointment nearly a year ago until now, every single element has been so well handled, managed, and run. My dentist, Dr. Jan, is kind, caring, considerate, and absolutely at the top of her game. She offers constant advice and various options for all my care and procedures, sympathises with all the little details within each choice, and is a delight every time I walk into the room. Dr. Jan even noticed a small chip or crack in a tooth while performing another procedure that I had completely forgotten about since my previous visit only a few weeks earlier. She performed a very complex wisdom tooth extraction with great expertise and, as always, offered detailed advice for aftercare. The support team on reception are always wonderful to deal with. In person, they are kind and friendly, and they call before and after each appointment to confirm that all is okay and that, post-procedure, everything is going as expected. The facility itself is always immaculately clean with modern, well-maintained equipment. End to end, this practice is about as good as you could hope for, and it’s the reason I’ve been happy to return so many times this year to sort out the issues I needed taken care of. I can’t thank the whole team enough. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Dean, the assistant, (Pitri) and the entire front desk crew (Hi Savannah and other lady), have been fantastic with their service and courtesy. They've taken care of my family and I with efficiency. It's probably one of the few dentists I've been to were I don't have maximum anxiety before I go. Highly recommended!
