I didn’t realize how badly I was treated here until I have met my new dentist elsewhere. A female dentist, who is of Japanese origin, treated me here and urged me to pull out my wisdom teeth out even though I didn’t report any pain or discomfort with any of them. The first appointment and clean was fine and she was polite. I obviously didn’t follow her advice and when I went back in a few months to get a regular clean, she didn’t do my clean. Instead, she just let her assistant to do the clean on her own. As you can imagine, this was a disaster; water spilled everywhere while she was trying to work alone. I stopped going back since then and that was six years ago. I feel like I shouldn’t let her get away with this. It’s easy to get along with patients when they follow your directions but it is how you work with them when they don’t that truly reveals who you are. By the way, all my teeth including all my wisdom teeth are fine and my current dentist has also supported me in not having a surgery unless absolutely necessary. (You may have a perfect smile without any issues after getting rid of the wisdom teeth or you may alter the structure and create new changes or even unwanted consequences. My friend removed her wisdom teeth a few years ago even though they didn’t cause any pain and she now suffers from a gum disease and is on daily treatment). The office itself is spacious and clean with good location. Lifelong ban for me.

First visit to this branch. Modern, very spacious dental clinic.The office staff have a warm and welcoming attitude. On my first visit I dealt with Dr. Natalie Schultz and her lovely dental assistant. They were both so lovely and welcoming. Natalie really put my mind at ease. I couldn't ask for a better dental experience. She is very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. She explained everything perfectly and was upfront with how much the next follow up procedure would cost and what would be involved. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, as I have at other dental practices. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental care. 💯💯💯

Hi, there are some points I want to share which made me disliking the service. Dentist were fine however I am annoyed with reception service. 1. why my dental appointment was cancelled when I was on the way to the checkup, I understand dentist might be sick but cant it be accomodated with other dentist other time? I had to take off from work. 2. I forgot to ask some question with dentist that I have mouthgaurd and I feel pain in teeth when I take off in the morning but receptionist didnt bother to ask with dentist and suggest me rather she provided her own piece of advice. I requested my x-ray as well, she said okay but I have not received anything. Should I have to take separate appointment for this. Can you please kindly suggest. Thank you

I am beyond happy and greatful for the very experienced and professional dental team at Bupa Dental Toowong. All staff are very welcoming and I would like to say thank you and shout-out Ty for her amazing assistance at the front desk and always greeting customers with a smile.

This was the first time I experienced racial discrimination. I had to complain about their front desk. It gave me a bad first impression. The girl at the front desk named TY, who could have served me herself, directly asked the boy beside her to help me without even having the patience to listen to my request. She even looked at me with a condescending gaze. I don't understand why she is working as a front desk clerk. This also made me doubt the professionalism of Bupa.
