Bupa Dental Team Paddington have long had a relationship with us before I came in for my urgent chipped tooth visit. The picture is of our dog Thor visiting frequently. Sometimes when closed ( he doesn't read the sign for open hours 😉). When open the team truly indulge him visiting outside just to see them. They come out and say hello and he loves them so much. On the occasion I visited....I was super impressed. From appointment to check in to being in the chair to leaving. It is obvious there's a fun and cohesive team working here to make the patient experience the best. And to top it off...my 1st pain free dentist in my whole life. No pain from the anesthetic needle and no post procedure pain. Well done Bupa Dental Paddington. Keep up your good human kindness to all including dogs who come to say hello a lot.🥰
Absolutely amazing dentists and staff! I have a fear of dentists and Katie made me feel so relaxed, chatting with me, explaining everything she was doing. Such a beautiful person! In the end I was relaxed, just from having her by my side. The beautiful staff at Bupa Paddington went above and beyond to keep me at ease! Kat (the dental manager) kept me in the loop with the dental plan. I can’t fault them and I highly recommend!
Dr Wayne Chen & team are amazing! Very professional, thorough, gentle & caring. Dr Wayne makes one feel relaxed & explains everything in detail. His workmanship is amazing too! I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing good, professional dental care.
I started using BUPA dental to take advantage of the twice yearly clean. Overall I am satisfied however my recent visit was disappointing as the clinician doing the suctioning was VERY rough. On a couple of occasions I mentioned this but she had a heavy hand and was pushing the instrument almost down my throat. Better training in this area is required. Everyone needs to remember that our mouths and teeth are sensitive at the best of times.
Dr Wayne Chen was very attentive to my treatment. My teeth were very stained and sensitive, instead of recommending bleach he advised me to have a proper clean and he had a sand blaster that removed stain. When he was cleaning my teeth he was aware of my sensitivity and accomadated my discomfort. The clean was thorough and it did remove most staining. I was very happy how naturally white my teeth looked afterwards. Thank you to Dr Chen and the staff at Bupa Dental creating a energetic and welcoming environment. Overall I had a very positive experience and will be recommending my friends and family to him
