We have seen Harry (Dr Laparadis) for more than 25 years 😁! My partner had a phobia of dentists but feels so at ease with him goes twice yearly consistently. He is extremely patient, professional with a friendly approach every time. The reception staff & dental nurses are also always friendly and supportive. We highly recommend 😁🥰
I attended Winwood & Mann for an SA Dental referral. At my first visit, I had a quick check, a few x-rays, and was told my referral needed to be handled differently because of the amount of work required. I was assured the dentist would contact SA Dental directly. Weeks passed with no update. When I called, the receptionist assured me “everything’s been sent.” My teeth continued to deteriorate (I even chipped one) so I booked again, paid $100 out-of-pocket as a private patient, and was told again “I’ll write to SA Dental today.” SA Dental later confirmed nothing was ever sent. When they finally called the practice themselves the receptionist claimed my referral was “outdated” and would be returned. To this day, I haven’t received a single phone call or apology confirming that. If you didn’t intend to do the work, you should have said so. Leaving a patient in limbo while their condition worsens is unacceptable. Appalling communication, poor accountability, and no respect for public patients!
I’ve been a patient for many years and have seen all four of the dentists - their care is always thorough, gentle and never rushed. I really appreciate how everything is well explained and I always feel listened to. A well run practice with great people - I couldn’t recommended them enough!

Especially with no disclosure, having a spouse or relatives write 5-star reviews seems like a conflict of interest, which made me question how reliable the ratings are. Based on my experience, I’m not sure I will be returning.
