As someone who is deeply, irrationally, full-body petrified of the dentist, I cannot overstate how incredible this team has been. From the moment I walked in (probably already mentally planning my escape), they made me feel calm, safe, and genuinely looked after every single step of the way. Not only did they check in constantly and explain everything in a way that didn’t make my anxiety spiral, but they somehow got me through an ENTIRE treatment plan, which, for me, is nothing short of miraculous. Cannot thank Dr Luke and the team for their patience and kindness enough! Real MVPs, 100000/10 would recommend ☺️
Booked an appointment randomly as they were preferred with my private health & could not be happier. Dr Kevin was super friendly, patient & kind even when I was a little anxious & made the visit super easy for me. The clinic is lovely & the rest of the staff like the receptionists etc are wonderful & were super helpful from calling to book through to finalising my visit. Will be continuing to visit as my regular dentist from now on.
Poor customer service and zero respect for patients' time. They frequently change appointments at the last minute without a proper phone call. My husband had to take a day off work to take me to an appointment today, only for the clinic to text us less than two hours before the start time to cancel. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.
I saw Dr Kaur for a general checkup and clean. I couldn’t rate her more highly on her competency, reassurance to a nervous patient and overall relaxing experience. I’ve already recommended her to others.
I had previously been to 6 different clinics prior to Luke clinic, I didn’t have great experiences with them. I’ve been going back to Luke studio for the past few years now and I would not go anywhere else. Really friendly staff, Clearly well trained, I’m not personally, but for somebody that might be a bit hesitant going to the dentist honestly this is exactly where you would want to go Just for how comforting they are.
