Writing I just wanted to share some lovely feedback regarding my recent visit. I’m not someone who feels very comfortable going to the dentist, and I was quite nervous beforehand. However, from the moment I arrived, both the dentist and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable, even giving me squishy stress balls to help me relax, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. They could clearly see that I was anxious, and the care, patience, and kindness they showed truly meant a lot to me. You can really tell that they not only enjoy the work they do, but that they genuinely care about their patients and making them feel safe and supported. It made such a difference to my experience, and I’m very grateful for the compassion they showed me. Thank you again for such wonderful care.
Well Incredible Smiles definitely is a great name for this dental practice, because that's exactly what they gave me, an incredible smile. The dentist was very friendly and listened to my needs. She fixed my front tooth for me and made it look 100% better than it was. They are very caring, and the reception girls are terrific too. I would definitely recommend Incredible Smiles to anyone seeking great dental care.
For the first time EVER, I finally feel comfortable going to the Dentist. I was more than nervous before todays appointment, I spent 40 mins crying in the car park before going in. Once I got talking to the Dentist, she made me feel heard and validated when discussing my past traumas surrounding dental work. I still had a bit of anxiety in the chair but I noticed she would stop and wait for cues to keep going with her examination. She was gentle and kind, and together we have a plan moving forward, for the care I need. I told my Husband straight away that I've found the one! And he has already booked for next week! Thank you so much! From one anxious gal!
Cant thank and rate Munno Para and Angle Vale enough. Had 4 implants which went very well. Dr Amy and Josh were fantastic and made the whole process as painless as possible. Could have gone elsewhere cheaper and glad I didn’t. The reception staff are friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble 10/10 incredible smiles
I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. The receptionists are nice and friendly, which made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Dr. Z is also wonderful. She is kind, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and carefully. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend..!! ❤️❤️
