I have been comming to this practice for a very long time . The dentist In this practice is very professional and kind. I've always had a fobia with visiting a dentist and having work done. This practice and dentist has cured that due to the professionalism that's been shown . The receptionists are very kind and thoughtful helping with any anxiety that may occur .
Bring a new patient they asked to me arrive 15 mins early I was running late due to their being a car accident and traffic was held up I still arrived 6 mins early so it’s not like I was heaps late . Walked in and was already stressed about it ,yohani was at the front desk and was lovely but Bernadette on the other hand was completely rude about it cut me off when I apologising, mind you I wasn’t talking to her she was angry that I was late I then apologised to her again for it she huff and puffed and walked off making me feel very uncomfortable . Had my appointment with dr chee who was also lovely I also apologised to him and he was obviously fine with it . On Bernadette bio about her it mentions she’s strives to ensure our patients feel calm and comfortable during their visits. I completely disagree with that she did not make me feel calm let alone welcome . And due to my experience with her I won’t be attending this clinic again .
Highly recommend Elizabeth North Dentist. Had tooth extracted last Friday i felt relaxed during whole process. Very happy with the price, staff are fantastic will be making this my regular dental clinic.
Very rude staff. Unprofessional. Said they were referring me to get my wisdom teeth out, 7 months later I now find out they never did. What a huge waste of my time.
No one likes going to the dentist but this place make so pleasant. Dentist and staff are lovely and I am very happy with the work I have had done there. Highly recommended.
