Dr Akhil Vather has been fantastic for my children. He has made going to the dentist so easy. My son is very anxious and he is so confident and comfortable visiting the dentist. 10/10 wouldn’t see anyone else ! The dental assistants that have worked beside him each time have also been great.

My mum went to this dental practice for an emergency last minute appointment for a tooth ache. there was only one Dr left at the time and she saw Dr Ashwini Jadhav in june 2025. during the appointment the Dr checked everything and my mum takes a lot of heavy medication and informed the Dr about it and as soon as she did, the Dr did not want to do further or thorough check afterwards and just did a filling for my mum and covered up the tooth that had a previous filling from years ago. she was also quiet rude, but besides the point. anyways, a year later (this week) my mum had been complaining about pain in her face and jaw, as well as her neck since then, and we thought it was because of her personal illness she had since a long time ago, but we ended up going to another dentist, after pacific smiles kept calling us telling us to make another appointment but after the previous experience (I would not even recommend my dog to go here.) we saw another dentist and turns out it resulted in an abscess that impacted terrible pain that even going to a neurologist didn't help. Dr Ashwini Jadhav basically got scared upon hearing my mum taking heavy medication and just filled a rotten tooth back up again. she has such great experience in this field..... if anyone wants to go through something similar, do go to her. the choice is yours. ;)

I’ve visited numerous dental clinics across the city over the years, but the level of care and expertise provided by Dr. Ravi Rai at Pacific Smiles Penrith is simply on another level. First visit by my special needs adult son with Dr Patel. He was so patient and caring and explained what he was doing to keep my son calm and gave him lots of breaks. Staff at the counter very lovely as well. A traumatic experience (tooth extraction) made so much easier with professional care.

Be careful, ask about the pricing before telling them you have health insurance. I booked for myself, my husband and my daughter for clean and check up. After coming back home when I check my health coverage I found they have changed $500 each on clean and check ups. I am going to report it to the insurance company so that they can look into it.
