I've been trying to be loyal to this place for over 5 years and its continuous let downs. I first saw Dr Ryan Chelvarajah, who removed my wisdom teeth and completely botched the job, leaving my left gum line and tongue numb (since 2022) - even now. No follow-up support and he ended up leaving the practice. I then changed to Dr Ritu, who then disappeared to India, then moved onto Dr Nayyar. All the dentists rush you, and don't provide a good service, simply doing the bare minimum to get you in and out as quick as possible. Ordering xrays when they're not needed. My appointments were moved constantly, even though I booked 6 months in advance. Then on my last attempt, they told me I was late for 9:10am (my appt has been in my phone for 9:30am for 6 months) and they wouldn't be able to see me for another half hour. The only reason I continued attending was it was covered with no gaps by my HCF. I'd rather pay hundreds then attend here again. Save your money and time and go to a dentist who will actually take care with your safety and healthcare.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Reha Nayyar is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to in a very long time. She managed to extract not one, but two of my teeth so smoothly that I started wondering if she’s part magician. Quick, calm, and surprisingly painless — I left the clinic with fewer teeth but a bigger smile. Highly recommend!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this dentist - I have a SEN child who was resistant for years to let anyone in his mouth or to brush his teeth so as a result had a lot of staining. The last two times he’s been super motivated to visit the dentist so we arranged an IV sedation for a clean/scale and polish and I felt listened to as he is also not good at cooperating with needles so we used a gas mask to relax him and distracted him with my phone. I stayed with him and talked to him during the procedure. He went in happy and came out happy and is now super proud of his teeth. For myself dentists have never managed to clean my lower front teeth due to sensitivity so they simply gave me local anaesthetic and got the job done. It’s a solution based informative practice which is what I look for. We’ve even had a referral to Westmead Dental (at the hospital) who were amazing and put me onto different toothpastes and advised which clinics to use if general anaesthetic is required as only a select few have access to it. I feel disabled people are given equal access to care through this practice.
