If you are looking for an orthodontist look no further. Alex and the team looked after my 8 year old daughter. Thanks to my DNA she needed an expander, head gear and top braces. The quote provided was very good compared to others obtained. And the work has been perfect. The dental assistants were fantastic with my daughter. She looked forward to seeing them and even now, nearly a year later, still wants to go back just to say hello. On occasions I had to bring in all my kids and the team never judged and were so understanding. Alex and the team will never make you feel like a number, you will always feel valued.
My 11 year old was so nervous to get braces and the whole team were so friendly, kind, gentle and pastoral throughout the whole experience. I got my braces removed today after just about 2 years. The whole team at Orthodontics at Penrith have been so friendly throughout the whole process. Dr Ash explained everything to me at each appointment and again was so friendly! I looked forward to all my appointments for both the progress of my teeth and the people ☺️
Our daughter has been attending Penrith orthodontist since December 2025 when her braces were applied. We had been communicating with Kim one of the receptionist a few months prior who had been amazing and super helpful, we let our daughter choose the place she felt most comfortable and she only wanted to get her braces here because she said it felt like they really cared about her. Each visit since we have been met with beautiful smile from Joy another receptionist, followed by the super friendly dental staff. Each time we come in for an adjustment Dr Alex always comes in to say hello. This place is the best honestly I can’t say enough good things about Penrith orthodontist always fitting us in for last minute appointments when our daughter has had to get her braces looked at. Thank you for being for approachable and family friendly will also recommend you to anyone.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Orthodontics Penrith. From the very first appointment, the entire team made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The orthodontist was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with our child, always taking the time to explain every step in a reassuring and child-friendly way. In fact, the whole team is fabulous, including the lovely girls at reception who are always warm, helpful, and professional.
