If you are looking for an orthodontist look no further. Alex and the team looked after my 8 year old daughter. Thanks to my DNA she needed an expander, head gear and top braces. The quote provided was very good compared to others obtained. And the work has been perfect. The dental assistants were fantastic with my daughter. She looked forward to seeing them and even now, nearly a year later, still wants to go back just to say hello. On occasions I had to bring in all my kids and the team never judged and were so understanding. Alex and the team will never make you feel like a number, you will always feel valued.
The service was exceptional, the orthodontists were being gentle throughout the process. The staff were helpful clearing up doubts and queries that my son or I had. My son came for the treatment last year and it took 11 months to fix his teeth and the end product looks amazing.
The professionalism of Dr. Alex and all the staff at Orthodontics at Penrith are exceptionally amazing. My daughter just had her braces off today and she could not stop smiling since. We could not be happier with the result of the treatment. Orthodontics at Penrith team made the whole process so smooth and easy that we are kind of miss seeing them already. I cannot recommend Penrith Orthodontics enough. From my first phone conversation with Kim, our first consultation with Dr Max, to the fitting and follow ups with Alyssa and all the team, my daughter and I have felt incredibly supported and cared for. My daughter was very young to be going through such a big procedure, and at every stage she has had every detail explained to her, been made to feel comfortable and confident, and the greetings she receives when she walks through the door, has made our first braces experience enjoyable. I think she'll be disappointed when we don't have to go anymore!! Thank you to everyone for all your care, and for anyone looking for an orthodontist, especially for early intervention, I couldn't speak more highly of this clinic.
Amazing practice! Dr Shanya was beyond amazing with my extremely anxious daughter, after having a terrible experience with another orthodontist.
