i visited with my friend and the lady at the front desk, Lexi, was so so so kind and helpful. she went above and beyond to make sure my friend was okay, even going out of her way to give us her own personal ice pack to help with my friend’s swelling after not being able to find one in any of the doctor’s rooms. she made sure to check in on us throughout our visit, and checked in before we left. she was so genuine and it really showed. definitely made our experience better. thank you lexi!!
Extremely disappointing experience. We waited over 90 minutes, watching doctors open their doors slightly and call patient names while remaining seated inside their rooms. They didn’t step out or make any real effort to ensure the patient could hear them. When it was finally our turn, we were refreshing the app and went straight to the room as soon as we realised our name had been called. Within literally five seconds of arriving, we were told we had “missed” our turn and had been placed back in the queue. After waiting that long, it’s unreasonable to expect patients to appear instantly, especially when names are being called quietly from inside rooms. Doctors should step out, call clearly, and allow patients a reasonable amount of time to reach the door. The system and communication need serious improvement. Patients shouldn’t be sent to the back of the queue after such a long wait for something so easily avoidable.
I found the service here very friendly and efficient. The receptionist was very kind and explained the process. We didn’t have to wait too long and the doctor listened to us and asked questions to understand the issue. Even the pharmacy was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your help today.
would like to raise a concern about the reception service. Many times when I call, the phone is not answered, even though the reception staff are there. I don’t understand why the phone is available if no one answers it. Also, when we ask how many patients are ahead of us, we are often told there are only 3 or 4 people waiting, but we end up sitting there for more than two hours. Another issue is when someone forgets their phone at home and comes to the reception desk to make an appointment in person. The staff say that appointments must be made through the app and they cannot help. Not everyone always has access to their phone, so it would be helpful if reception could assist patients in this situation. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into, as it would make things much easier for patients.
Where do they find these Doctors. Dr Haque was shocking. Zero beside manners. Just sat in silence starting at her calendar for ages. After a lightening quick examination Printed off a script for my daughter and handed it to her no explanation what it was or what it was for. Didnt offer a diagnosis at all. Didn’t ask about other medications of allergies. When she did speak. Was barely understandable. Very minimal English language skills.
