Dr. Le was incredibly thorough and did an exceptional job with my child’s procedure. The entire team was fantastic: supportive, professional, and reassuring throughout. A special mention to Long Tran, who was always so helpful whenever I called with questions. He was accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference. As an anxious parent going through a tongue and lip tie procedure for my two-year-old, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This clinic made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish.
My 3 month baby had his tongue tie lasered off. Dr Lee was excellent, so thorough and informative and the procedure has worked really well. Highly recommend.

I took my son to Best Western Dental to have his oral ties revised. I would highly recommend visiting Dr Nathan for a consultation and revision. Since having the procedure I have noticed a huge difference in my son’s breastfeeding and overall behaviour. As daunting as it may seem, don’t hesitate to visit Dr Nathan if you have any concerns about your child’s oral ties.
Highly recommend for tongue and lip tie revisions. Have gotten both of my son's ties done here and I couldn't fault these guys. So professional and thorough, gentle with the babies and very informative for the parents on exactly what needs to be done and why for future development. The difference in my babies feeding from before and after the revision is night and day. Will never have a bad word to say about these guys!!
