Loved my visits to Bella Dental Penrith. Such lovely people in every step, extremely knowledgeable, talented and great to interact with. I had a regular check up and clean with Dr Alfred he was clear with each step, gave me brushing pointers and made the whole process easy, pain free and quick! I had a separate consultation with Dr Geoff, he was very professional and informative with all of my requests and questions. I had a really fun appointment and he gave me choices, costing and time to think without the pressure to do anything right then and there. I have never looked forward to returning to the dentist until now! Thank you team for making me feel good about my teeth. Highly recommend this team!!!
Always a great experience when my family and I are visiting Bella Dental Penrith! From the front office staff, to the nurses and dentists everyone is so welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for kids, anxious adults and all inbetween!
I always have an amazing experience at Bella Dental. Today I saw Dr. Geetika Sachdeva and Helen, who were both incredibly kind, funny and caring. They were extremely thorough and constantly checking in to ensure I was at ease. I’ve already recommended Bella Dental to my family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
In the last 2 weeks we’ve had two of the best customer service experiences ever. This week Geoff saw my elderly dad who is in a wheelchair. The dental care was first rate, but it was what came after that blew us away. Dad’s wheelchair taxi never showed up to take him back to the care home. Dr Geoff and the team spent time calling around to find alternative transport. Then two of the staff followed them back to the care home, drove my mum and her car back to her house so she wouldn’t have to drive in the dark. The week before, at mum’s visit, they drove her home after the visit too. All of this was after hours. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Being 300 km away means I worry about my folks. Having people who give this level of care means I worry a little less. Thank you Dr Geoff and the whole team. You guys rock!!
