I can’t thank Dr Dennis and his assistant enough for the amazing care I received. Dr Dennis was incredibly kind, considerate, and thorough, and it truly shows how much he cares about his patients. His assistant was equally supportive and reassuring throughout the entire visit. The dentist explained everything clearly, was gentle, and genuinely cared about my comfort and results. The clinic was spotless and modern, and the whole process was efficient without feeling rushed. I left feeling confident and well looked after — I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
I was in need of urgent help with my teeth. My denture had broken the night prior. I contacted Odontologie Dental Care surgery during the Christmas period. Despite it being a Saturday and two days after Christmas, when I would expect all services to be closed for the Christmas season, Angela, from Odontologie Dental Care at Lansvale returned my call and Dr Joseph was incredibly willing to help me late Saturday afternoon. They both graciously and amazingly stayed back to repair my dentures and Dr Joseph did an amazing job. I was astounded when I got a call to pick up my repaired denture that very night and organised an appointment for another consultation for a more permanent remedy to my problem. I highly recommend Dr Joseph and Angela, they have gone above and beyond to help me in my predicament. I have in the past and I will continue to recommend Dr Joseph, Angela, Dr George, who assisted my husband and daughter in the past, as well as all of the staff at Ordontologie Dental Care for their expertise, professionalism, genuine care and friendly service.
A big thank you to Dr Dennis Lam!! After missng a few appointments due to nervousness, it was my first appointment with Dr Lam. Very gentle with my very sensitive teeth, he is extremely knowledgeable & guides you through the entire process, checking in with you every step of the way to ensure you are comfortable with the procedure.
