Melissa and Poppy at reception responded immediately to my severe toothache and truly went above and beyond to fit me in. They were compassionate, considerate, and genuinely sympathetic to the pain I was experiencing. Dr Mouhammed is an exceptional dentist with a sincere and authentic manner. Such a wonderful and warm team! The place feels so inviting. We visited with mum for her dental work, and I mentioned she uses a wheelchair, and they were incredibly accommodating. Melissa greeted us with a big smile and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Mum’s dentist, Dr. Mira, was just as friendly, and we had a lovely chat. The nurse was also very personable, engaging with us throughout the visit. Dr. Mira did an excellent job for mum, and we’ve already scheduled her follow-up for a general check-up. I highly recommend this place!
I came across this clinic while walking past with my mother, and stepping inside turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I honestly can’t put into words where to even start with how amazing this place is. I’ve been to other dental clinics previously, and this is the only one that has truly addressed every concern I’ve ever had. The first consultation was effortless, check-up, X-rays, and a detailed discussion about my personalized dental treatment plan. I began with fillings, had all four wisdom teeth removed in a single session, and now I’m in the final weeks of my Invisalign treatment. During every procedure, they made sure I was comfortable, safe, and happy. They worked with me step by step making sure I understood and felt at ease with everything they were doing throughout each treatment. The entire experience has been nothing short of incredible. Every staff member I’ve encountered from the various dental assistants to Dr. Bilal, Poppy, Melissa, and Elizabeth, has been outstanding in every way. I’ve even brought my mother, father, kids, brother, and work colleagues here, and every single one of them has had an outstanding outcome. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.
