Absolutely terrible service. My partner booked his wisdom tooth removal a week in advance only for the clinic to move his appointment yesterday from 8am to 2pm. Inconvenient but fine. But then today just hours before they texted to cancel the appointment altogether. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. They should’ve at least cancelled it a day before. My partner had already called in sick for the day and they clearly have no regard for their patients’ time or circumstances.
I've been going here since 2017. First of all, the general overall cleanliness of the clinic is outstanding. The service from the lovely staff is great! And I have to say the dentist today absolutely put my mind at some what ease considering the facts of myself being a very anxious patient. Thanks to all that assisted me today!
Fabulous clinic. Very professional and competent dentists (especially Dr Angel Halim), dental assistants and reception staff. Friendly and supportive environment. great attention to detail and care of the patient. I'll be going back
Very friendly staff and prompt actions and friendly faces from the moment I arrive. The receptionist was very efficient, Angel was a really good dentist, she'd seen my girls as well and she was great with them. I saw a picture of my teeth and Angel explained thoroughly about what's happening and what I have to do. My husband seen John and he was very happy with his work as well.
Went to the dentist and left the umbrella there. I called back few days later and the receptionist said it’s still there and will keep it until i come back to collect. But when I come to collect the receptionist said it’s gone and pretended couldn’t find it anywhere. Very unprofessional I don’t care so much about the umbrella but the way they handle customers is disappointing
