Both of my children had their braces done there, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the way we were treated throughout the entire process. I had such a great experience at this orthodontic practice! The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. Dr. Eva Low is truly exceptional — not only does she have a wonderful personality, but she’s also so humble and down-to-earth. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never talks down to you, which is something I really appreciate, especially compared to other orthodontists I’ve seen. Coming here was definitely worth it. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and an amazing team!

I’ve never given a bad review before but felt urged to write one, my initial appointment for braces was booked and was looking forward to start treatment, I went in for a check and my consultant was awesome and I felt comfortable. A senior staff member started to inspect my mouth and was making unnecessary comments at the time and I started to feel uncomfortable, even the follow up phone call to send documents for the treatment the communication then again still made me feel uncomfortable, so I proceeded not to move forward with the treatment. I don’t doubt your a good practice but I hope you ensure more professionalism moving forward because I was referred to the practice due to awesome feedback and was excited for treatment.

My first child started treatment at 15 years old with several baby teeth still left. Dr Eva worked her magic and made it possible for the adult teeth to grow in properly. Today, my child has perfectly aligned teeth and a beautiful smile. They also made the whole process so much easier with flexible payment options. I recently took my younger child to see Dr Eva at age 10, and once again she amazed us. With early treatment and her expert approach, he no longer even needs braces! The entire team is kind, patient, and incredibly caring. They treat their patients with so much respect and warmth, and you can truly feel that they love what they do.
