Dr Fong did my braces, one day suddenly she says we’ll remove you braces next visit. I had a big gap on the right side of my teeth the top & bottom rows weren’t even touching, when I pointed that out she says “where?” I had to hold my finger to it until she acknowledged the problem and she says “ok we can bring the top teeth down a bit”.when the braces came off 1 of my front tooth is more forward than the other, the reason I got the braces was my teeth being stuck forward that was devastating. Even my dentist took one look and said one of your tooth is forward, When I started to get massive GUM retention didn’t say anything about spacing my appointments further apart to minimise the damage, when she put the wire didn’t tell me it makes Gum retention worse & when my bottom teeth bumps against the top wires she FILED down my k9 teeth lucky I saw my dentist who told me it’s bad to file your teeth down so I didn’t go back to get the others filed too. When they call me 2 years later come in for wire replacement $250 but if you get the $500 new 3D retainers. I was told always keep original mould of teeth that’s the best. She doesn’t give you all the info you need to make an informed decision, everything she suggested leads to extra money that you’re told only after and not what’s in the best health of your teeth. When that adds up it made me think she was done quickly with me because maybe I paid off my bill all the Locked Down months and I was being rushed out. I Overlooked things as long as my teeth were well done, like no bedside manners, lack of communication (crushing the brace wax without telling you is shocking It felt like your teeth are breaking and jumping with tools in your mouth is not save), you’re like a mannequin in 1 of 5 chairs, Not taking 2 seconds to tell you what they’re doing feels like you don’t own your mouth.

The team at Family Orthodontics were very kind, friendly and professional. Throughout my daughter's treatment each visit was a positive one. A massive thank you to Dr Michele who gave my daughter the confidence to smile. How her face lights up now is absolutely amazing. A lengthy process but definitely worth the time, money and effort! Years after having braces, my bottom teeth started to move back and I did not like that they looked crooked after all that hard work with braces. I went and saw Dr Paul and he explained my options. I ended up getting Spark to move my bottom teeth back into place and further improve my bite and smile. Dr Paul was always attentive, explaining the process before moving forward and doing regular check ups throughout. His team was also helpful when he wasn't in; even looking after my baby as I had my check up! Dr Paul was also able to refer me to further specialists as I was experiencing jaw and tooth pain. Highly recommend!

Best Orthodontist (Dr Fong). Took my son to get his braces and the experience was amazing from start to end. From the intial meeting, X-rays and proceedure, we knew what to expect. The finished product was incredible, my son has a perfect smile. Will be bringing my other son for his braces when the time comes. All staff are professional, kind, and always serve with a smile.
