All the staff were cheerful, and informative without nagging. Quick xray, checkup and clean. In and out easy and at a reasonable price compared to my previous dentist place.Thank you very much!
My first time here and it was really good. From the friendly and professional Receptionist to the female Dentist who was so caring and explained everything step by step. I will definitely be returning 😁
I had a pretty bad experience here with a female dentist, I didn’t get her name but she is a dentist that works on Sundays. First of all, she was not warm or friendly at all, she was extremely blunt and rude and talked AT me rather than to me, she basically barely let me get a word in. I came for a general check up and to determine whether I needed fillings, and she started giving me unsolicited advice about the cosmetic appearance of my teeth. I believe I told her twice I didn’t care about cosmetics and just wanted to make sure my teeth were healthy, but she continued to over-explain how bad my teeth looked and try to sell me veneers. She also spoke badly about my orthodontist (who did my braces years ago) and his work which I considered to be unprofessional. Secondly, she told me I needed 6 fillings and that I needed to get my wisdom tooth removed. Bear in mind, I have never had any pain in my teeth and my wisdom tooth has caused me no issues. She gave me the highest prices for all these treatments, quoting the price of $250 per filling, and $500 to remove my wisdom tooth. I asked if it was absolutely vital to remove my wisdom tooth and she said yes. I asked for an explanation as to why and she said because there was a cavity in my wisdom tooth it could spread to the tooth next to it and I may need to then take out both teeth. I left this appointment feeling very stressed and anxious, and the more I thought about it the more it didn’t sit right with me how much she was charging. I decided to get a second and third opinion from 2 other dentists at different practices. Upon getting 2 other opinions, I was told I actually only need 5 fillings not 6, and there is absolutely no need to remove my wisdom tooth, as it is not causing any pain, it is not impacting any other teeth, and all they need to do to fix the issue of the cavity is put a filling in it. Also, the cavities in my teeth are all only small cavities which do not require the highest possible price. I got the first filling done today at Expert Dental Care Casula, and it literally took 5 minutes and was the easiest dental work I’ve ever gotten done. I was only charged $180 for the filling, which is the minimum price for a filling and a big contrast to the $250 I would have gotten charged at Casula Dental Care. The dentist at Expert Dental Care also told me the other fillings will be easy to do and cost around the same price. He was also much more friendly, warm, gentle, and easy-going, and actually listened to me, asked for my opinion, and gave me agency and choice over my own treatment. I unfortunately did not get that same courtesy at Casula Dental Care, and I was nearly scammed out of $2000.
Sad to say I went for a cleaning but it was not cleaned properly. A week later after the clean, another dentist had to do extra work in cleaning the plague. Will not go back for shoddy work.
we saw a dentist called "sastina" I am not sure of the spelling on sunday for my twins general check up on the 1st of dec as we had an appointment at 2 o'clock,we waited for almost 1 hour and when i asked with complaining why this delay and why we didn't get notified by phone,"Sastina " said she's not happy to see us !! very unprofessional communication for a dentist and unprofessionality in customer service ,desk service and booking as well it is not the first time we had an issue with booking and waiting time!! not recommended at all!
