3 days try to visit dr mary chau tran Every time I ask about appointment the told me ok come the make then go before me . They really don’t care about ppl dr seating inside the rom talk with phone the make me waiting 1 hr and im still waiting what this system. Dr Tran she always very rude to me I never see any dr acting like this the don’t care about people only the happy with Asian people
To the receptionist who worked on Sunday, I hope one day you get fired. Doesn't know how to do their job. Waited 2 hours and 20 mins just for her to put a whiny manchild who couldnt wait more than 1 hour ahead of me so I decided that's the final call. Meanwhile there were 6 people who came after me, 3 of which were late to the appointment but because they booked a specific time earlier even though they were very late to their appointment they still get to go ahead. Does not know how scheduling and booking appointments work. Not to mention the receptionist knew I came here for a blood test yet allowed everyone else to push in line.
To the male doctor who worked on Sunday, October 19, 2025: Thank you for your high ego. Just because you have "Dr." in front of your name doesn't mean you know it all. Please take some time to reflect on your own attitude before thinking you're qualified treating others.
Pathetic, asked reception how long was the wait and they said not long. 1.5hr later and still waiting while ppl came after got seen first, maybe had appointments. If its a long wait say so, if you dont know just say so. Dont lie
I am so disappointed in the level of service at this place! From the unprofessional receptionist to the doctor who had sent me home after waiting a good 3 hours! I understand that there was number of people waiting there also and that by the time the doctor had seen me it was way pass closing, however, you cannot just rudely tell your patient "I can't do anything" and send them home! That doctor did not even bother to listen to my story nor allow me to explain and just wanted me out of his clinic so he could go home! Never going back here again!!!
