I’ve been to this clinic a good number of times before, and it’s always been a 5-star experience for me. The staff and dentists are friendly and understanding, and the pricing has always matched what was quoted. However, during my most recent visit, I booked in specifically for a filling and was charged a consultation fee on top of the filling fee. I don’t believe that was correct, as I was simply asked a few questions about my teeth before proceeding with the filling — nothing that felt like a separate consultation. In the past, I’ve had similar visits where questions were asked beforehand, and I’ve only ever paid the filling fee, not an extra consultation charge. This time, I ended up paying $250 when the filling itself was meant to be $180. I completely understand the added cost for the desensitizing treatment and was happy to pay for that, but I don’t feel comfortable being charged a consultation fee as well. Hopefully, this can be clarified or adjusted for future visits, as I’ve always had great experiences here otherwise.
The dentist i saw was wonderful. I explained how I have agoraphobia with the dentist telling me that if I felt nervous to make a sign and she would stop straight away. Before the dentist started they asked me a series of questions to get a good idea of work that I might need done and if I was feeling any pain on that day. The assistant that she had with her was very nice as well. Both of them explained everything that they were doing along the way making being there a great experience. If you struggle to pay for the dentist work all at once they do accept Afterpay...

It was good dental service, by chanced i was given immediate filling treatment right after I called for appointment and the good thing I didn't even pay any money itwas my heallth fund shoulder it and the gap was a bunos to me by The Dentist Dr. J Abdul.. Highly recommended for dental and staffs service.
Each time I have visited this surgery, I've always felt very welcomed by all the staff, I have never had any bad experiences from my general cleaning of my teeth. Very satisfied. Would recommend this surgery to anyone. Thanks again team at Bonnyrigg Dental Surgery.
