1 appointment rescheduled only 1 day prior, everyone who I spoke to was disrespectful & very disrespectful. I would rather have a mouth full of rotten & infected teeth with abscesses that are ready to burst than attend this clinic.
I have currently been on hold to make an appoitment on the 1800 number for the Yagoona clinic. I have been on hold so far for 1 hour and 56 min. Almost 2 hours. Can anyone believe this!!!And finally when someone answers the call that has been sitting in the queue and I complain about the wait times she laughs. I'm so disgusted, appalled and mortified. You get better service in depleted 3rd world countries. I'm sickened and have decided I'd rather pay for my mums dentures myself than attending this chaotic, unprofessional asylum.
I had an amazing experience with my 7 years old daughter. We had Dr. Anna. She was not only a skilled dentist but also very kind, making the visit completely stress-free. After having gone to four different dentists before and facing some tough experiences, this visit was a breath of fresh air—no tears or complications at all! Would highly recommend!
Great staff and great service, just getting to the clinic is kind of complicated
This clinic just a joke, the receptionist was terribly rude and disgusting, how come you hire a receptionist with that attitude and you expect people keep coming!! Glade to cancel my appointment first and last 👎
